About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Exercise Planner at Honolulu, HI. The Exercise Planner is a key contributor to ensuring operational readiness through the strategic design, coordination, and execution of defense training exercises. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, meticulous planning, and in-depth knowledge of defense protocols. The ideal candidate excels in organization, adaptability, and a commitment to enhancing national security.
Requirements
Expertise in a stand-alone and/or governmental civil support agency coordinated exercise USARPAC Defense Coordinating Officer (DCO) and Defense Coordinating Element (DCE).
Expertise in Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA)
Ability to work in-person with small staff
Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3-5 years DSCA experience
U.S. citizen
Secret clearance
Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office
